These Terms of Service govern your use of HVACInspection.ca services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
HVACInspection.ca provides professional HVAC inspection services including but not limited to:
- Pre-purchase HVAC inspections
- Furnace and boiler inspections
- Heat pump and air conditioner inspections
- Safety and carbon monoxide inspections
- Commercial HVAC inspections
Scope of Inspection
Our inspections are visual assessments of accessible HVAC components. We do not:
- Perform invasive or destructive testing
- Guarantee the future performance of equipment
- Provide cost estimates for repairs or replacements
- Inspect components that are not readily accessible
Liability Limitations
Our inspection services are provided for informational purposes. We are not liable for:
- Defects not identified during the inspection
- Conditions that develop after the inspection date
- Failure of components that appeared functional during inspection
- Consequential or indirect damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:
- Credit and debit cards
- E-transfer to info@romaheating.ca
- Cash or cheque (by arrangement)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Report Delivery
Inspection reports are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of the inspection via email. The report is the property of the client who commissioned the inspection.
Relationship with ROMA Heating
HVACInspection.ca is a specialized division of ROMA Heating & Cooling. While we provide independent inspection services, ROMA Heating & Cooling may be available for any repair or replacement work identified during inspections.
